A. Recently did virus removal for a client that was hacked
by someone in nigeria.
When she left her pc alone for about 20 minutes she would come back to her mouse moving with out her touching
the mouse. Needless to say she is quite relieved that she is now protected. But has some leg work to do with her bank accounts. We
had to correct a bunch of issues from this guy in Nigeria forwarding her emails and eliminate his access to her Facebook account.
We networked a residential home for a client who will be renting out two rooms in her home to students. She wanted to have them
keep their computers in their rooms and give them fast internet. 2 hours later her house is networked and she is happy.
We also
assisted a business in moving from outlook to google docs (making their systems safer from viruses), built them a website, and internet
marketing. Their phone is ringing a lot more with new clients calling them. No more chasing down the business. And the owner just
called us to tell us he will be hiring very soon to help with the influx of new clients.
Q. What advice do you have for

A. Ask any coputer repair technician how long it takes them to do virus removal. If
it takes less than 3 hours they are going to do 1 or 2 things. Reload your operating system and say goodbye to your data or programs.
